The National Cloud Strategy

As Cloud use grows in line with “Cloud First” policy, and debates on national resilience, security, and sustainability intensify, GDS is producing a National Cloud Strategy to drive alignment on key aspects of cloud adoption across government departments, public sector, and industry.

In this talk, Dr Spinelli, GDS Cloud & Platform Service Owner and AI Research Fellow, will provide an overview of the forthcoming National Cloud Strategy and of the cross-sector user research underpinning it, highlighting how cloud is a critical enabler of AI and a prerequisite for modern digital government.
